As an ITT SkillBridge participant, you will receive key professional opportunities and support from experienced managers, who will guide you in transferring your skills to the civilian workplace and thriving after separation.

 

Please note: You must be a transitioning service member within the last 180 of U.S. military service in order to qualify for this position. Per DoD SkillBridge regulations, this program does not provide compensation through ITT Inc.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in coordinating onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Support the planning and execution of HR initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide administrative support including record keeping, file maintenance, and supply inventory.
  • Help prepare orientation and offboarding materials.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with tracking and documentation related to temporary staffing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR department.

Position Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and functions
