The ITT Westminster Engineering Co-Op Experience-
During each rotation our Co-Ops work with the Engineering Manager to develop a list of projects that will be the responsibility of the Co-Op to manage and complete. The nature of these projects will be determined based on a combination of interests of the student, business needs, and aptitude of the student to complete the tasks required. These projects are meant to stretch the student to develop new skills, experience and will require hands-on involvement in areas outside of engineering like machining, assembly, and quality. We strive to make the “ITT Engineering Co-Op Experience” unique by providing opportunities to experience the aspects of an engineering career which can’t be learned in a classroom with the aid of a coach and mentor.
